Skinfoam "flexi" soft now available, same as "flexi", just softer

The original brief was to reproduce a pig, as life like as possible, for a meat processing show in Munich.

The mould was made from silicone, backed by a fiberglass jacket.

Paint finish was with Automotive acrylic paints, no primer. This actual pig offers our conference room a little decoration

Skin Foam " Flexi" was used via Fiberglass moulds to create all soft protective parts.

Product was base tinted purple and then sprayed with a UV protective paint.

Skin Foam "Flexi" and "Rigid" are hand pour polyurethane foams designed to produce a skin on the finished surface. They are designed for prop reproduction or low quantity prototype work and are more economical than castable urethanes.

All swords were made from Skin Foam " Flexi", the middle sword is shown prior to painting. Mould was made using silicone, finished cast was supported through the centre. Items were created for a scene (Hercules 2004) where children were wielding swords. Finished items were tough and robust.
